  • 3 cups of corn flour

  • About 2 or 3 Cups of water

  • 1/4 tsp of salt

  • Some olive oil for the pan


Pretty easy! :D

  • You will start by combining the flour with water, and salt until you get a soft ball form

  • Knead the masa for a few minutes

  • Divide the masa into equal small balls which will become the tortillas later... Yum!!

  • Put some oil on your hands before palming the ball so you get a soft tortilla (This is something I forgot to do as you can notice on the images, they got a bit cracked from the sides, but promise will make better ones next time)

  • Then you will use your hands to palm the ball into a nice pretty flat tortilla

  • Put the tortilla on the pan (make sure it is over medium-high heat)

  • Leave the tortilla per about 1 minute per side or until black spots come to show up

  • Grab a nice pretty tablecloth to keep them hot.... so yummy!

  • and finally enjoy them!
