San Miguel, El Salvador
358 days of loving you...
On December 12, 2019, I traveled to El Salvador to spend time with family during the holidays. I knew I was not going to see him as he could not save enough money to go to El Salvador with me, so he had to stay here in Utah.
We kept texting everyday, I was missing him a lot!!... and about a week later, I asked him to FaceTime, so I could at least hear his voice, he never answered until 2 hours later.
I kept texting him until he got back to me, I asked him again to FaceTime, and he said, "I am really tired." and that was it.
The whole time, he was acting really weird, and I started getting frustrated because I missed him so much already, plus he didn't want to talk tome, he would take hours to reply my texts, sometimes he was not even getting my texts.
One night, his family went to our house (They live in El Salvador) because they are really good friends since they were single, and they were planning to get some family photos taken by me at the beach; everybody wearing white clothes. I said, "ok haha"
It did sound weird to me that they were asking for family photos, when they had never done that before!but I was okay with that.
The next day, I woke up early to get ready and go to the beach with the family. The farthest beach in El Salvador. Like... "Why are we going so far??? when there are closer beaches here!!!"
I decided to stay quiet, just go for it, and get them their family photos "they wanted"...
After 4 hours of driving, we got to this beach "El Cuco" in San Miguel with the most beautiful sunset I had ever seen!!
I took this picture of this place before we were leaving to the Resort where the family wanted to get their pictures done...
Well... minutes later, I was walking on a rose path that would soon lead me to my now fiancé.
